If you are loosing your hair and are considering doing business with http://wholesalehairpieces.com, for your hair replacement needs,

Stop and read this first!

http://wholesalehairpieces.com is a company that accepts ONLY CHECKS as a form of payment. This should immediately raise a red flag with you, as it did with me, when I first stumbled onto their site. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to that little voice that told me something was wrong.

My initial order with them went OK. The hair pieces I got were pretty good quality... no worse or better than any others I've seen. But for my second order, the company owner, Roy Lee, gave me an incorrect piece of technical information via email, which resulted in the new hair units being completely unwearable. I immediately returned the units and emailed him to tell him of his mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner told me that he emails hundreds of customers per day and is not responsible if he makes a mistake. To make a long story short, he told me, I need to re-order new units, with new specs, and that I would have to pay for them again, albeit half price. When I protested, he told me he will be returning the defective units to me, then as good as told me to get stuffed and hung up the phone. That's when I understood, why a mail order company like his, only accepts checks as a form of payment. In case anything goes wrong with your order, he is protected...you are not!

I then went to the Better Business Bureau website, to file a complaint. To my surprise, I discovered that the BBB is already well aware of http://wholesalehairpieces.com, and has given the company an "unsatisfactory" rating, due to complaints from other customers, and due to no apparent interest on the company's part to resolve those complaints. I could have saved myself a huge headache, if only I had done this research beforehand.

It has now been two months since Roy Lee hung up the phone on me, and I have yet to receive my defective hair units back. I paid him over $500 and got nothing! All my attempts to get a refund, or at least, my hair units has been met with deafening silence.

Don't make the same mistake I did. NEVER do business with a mail order company that only accepts checks as a form of payment... particularly a company that has an unsatisfactory BBB rating!

If you are looking for a good, inexpensive online supplier of hair replacement products, there are a number of good companies out there that fit the bill. Here is a short list:

I have extensively interviewed and researched these companies. All three offer competitive pricing, a full money back guarantee and, most importantly, they accept Credit Cards as a form of payment, so you are protected in case anything goes wrong. Also, they have no negative records with the BBB! I have absolutely no affiliation of any kind with these companies, so my opinion is unbiased.
